The 25th Annual Craft Fair Saturday, October 16, 2010 This single-day event has consistently drawn over 1,000 patrons for the past 25 years. There are over 100 vendors, many of whom return year after year selling their original or handmade wares and handicrafts. Items range from handmade jewelry and hand painted shirts, to personalized decorative sleds and a vast variety of holiday merchandise -- this is the fair to patronize! This year's Fair will be held on Saturday, October 16 from 9AM to 3PM at the school: 9200 Burke Lake Road in Burke, Virginia. Love Doesn't Hurt: Dating Info for Teens/Parents June 7th Presentation Do recent events in the news have you wondering: • Can my child recognize healthy, or potentially harmful, relationships? • How can I encourage my child to reach out for help? • Does my child know what to do if a friend needs more than just a friend? On June 7th, Fairfax County's Partners in Prevention (who brought Saturday Night in the Suburbs to LB) and Detective K.W. Taylor from George Mason University's Threat Assessment Investigation unit shared a Power Point presentation of factual and useful information on safe teen dating in high school and beyond. Students learned necessary levels of alert to help guide them through trouble spots, or circumvent potential problems.

Middle School After School Program The Lake Braddock Middle School After School Program offers a variety of activities every day after school. The program is provided to 7th and 8th grade students at no cost to parents.
